Loose-leaf tea uses whole or minimally processed herbs rather than the dust and fragments found in most commercial tea bags. Whole herbs retain more of their volatile oils, minerals, and active constituents. You steep them using a reusable infuser, strainer, or French press.

Add 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf to your infuser. Pour hot water over it just off the boil. Steep for the time listed on your blend: 8-10 minutes for Gut Alchemy and Femme Fuel, 10 minutes minimum for Circulate. The steeping time matters — these herbs need time to release. Sweeten if desired.

Each bag contains 2 oz of loose-leaf tea, which yields approximately 15-20 cups depending on brew strength. For daily use, one bag will typically last 2-3 weeks.

Yes, but we recommend starting with one blend and establishing that as a daily ritual before adding a second. Once the first blend feels like part of your routine usually after 2-3 weeks, you can introduce a second.

Once daily is the baseline. Consistency matters more than quantity one cup every day will do more than three cups on some days and none on others. Pick a time that fits naturally into your routine and keep it there.
